Nikunj graduated law from ILS Law College, Pune in 2016 and thereafter completed the company secretary course with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
She started her legal career with ALMT Legal and since then, has had the opportunity to work with Juris Corp and Parinam Law Associates. Her previous role was at Khaitan & Co as a senior associate.
Nikunj’s main areas of practice include matters involving angel investments, private equity deals, cross border transactions, media and entertainment, intellectual property matters and commercial matters.
