Pranav graduated law from Government Law College, Mumbai with a Gold Medal and began his legal career in 2011 with a law firm established by ex-J. Sagar Associates and ex-Wadia Ghandy & Co. partners. He has worked with ALMT Legal in a senior role and at MDP & Partners as a Partner.

Pranav’s total work experience spans over 12 years during which he was employed by industry leaders such as J P Morgan Chase, BDO Haribhakti India and Sutherland Global Services (Symantec Norton anti virus projects).

Pranav’s main practice area includes M&A, PE and VC deals, JVs & cross-border collaborations, corporate restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy, exchange control, family arrangements, intellectual property matters and general corporate and commercial contracts. Pranav has also developed sector specialization and has been regularly advising clients in IT & ITES, e-commerce, technology and start-up and growth space entities.
